If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged the following:
50% charge if you cancel, change, or reschedule less than 24 HOURS before appt.
100% charge for No Call No Show, for any appointments canceled, changed, or rescheduled with less than 2 HOURS' notice, and for services booked, but not received during appointment due to client actions.
You are considered a "NO CALL NO SHOW" if you have not contacted your Esthetician before the allotted grace period for your booked service(s). Texts are best especially during service hours.
TIMING/ GRACE PERIODS
Unless otherwise noted in the service description, the GRACE PERIODS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Please Note: YOU MUST BE IN SUITE AND READY TO BE SERVICED WITHIN THE ALLOCATED GRACE PERIOD.
You are considered late 1 MINUTE after the allotted grace period. Therefore, your esthetician reserves the right to charge 100% of services booked. However, if your esthetician agrees to continue your appt, your service(s) may be modified to maximize the remaining scheduled time, but you will still be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the service(s) that you booked.
If your card is declined when being charged for a Late Cancellation or No Call No Show, before scheduling or receiving your next service, you will be required to pay for your previously missed appointment prior to your scheduled service date or your appointment will be canceled. Our appointment policy applies to ALL appointments, including promotions and complimentary services.
Your credit card will only be charged for NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS, to cover any owing balances after a missed appointment, or at the end of your appointment upon checkout.
ANY FEES CHARGED DUE TO LATE, CHANGED OR MISSED APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE APPLIED TO FUTURE APPOINTMENTS AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER CLIENT.

We offer a range of skin care services for both men and women including facials, body treatments, sugaring, and waxing.
We are open Thursday from 12pm - 8pm, Friday from 12pm - 6pm, and Saturday 10am - 4pm. We are also open 1 Sunday per month.
Yes, we highly recommend making an appointment to ensure availability.
All appointments are required to have a credit card on file before booking a service. Your card will not be charged during booking.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders will be sent via text 48 hours before your appointment, and via email 72 and 24 hours before your appointment. Although these reminders are set to send automatically, we are not responsible for glitches with technology. We recommend that you also set an additional appointment reminder for yourself using your personal calendar.
Yes, to inquire about same day appointments, please call of text the morning of to see if a same day appointment is possible. Also, same-day availability will be posted in our Instagram stories.
Once you're inside the building, please proceed to the suite. If the suite door is fully closed, please have a seat by the front door until your Esthetician comes out to get you. Unless otherwise instructed to do so, please do not knock on the suite door if the door is fully closed.

Appointments can be scheduled online up to 30 days in advance. If you would like to secure a date beyond 30 days, please contact us and we will be happy to schedule it for you.
There are several ways to change/cancel your appointment. Please log into your profile on our website to make changes to your appointment. Another option would be to search your email for "Skinatomy Aesthetics" to locate your appointment confirmation email.
Appointments can only be changed/canceled via the website up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you are attempting to change your appointment after the final appointment reminder notice has been sent, please contact us at 734-328-1150 for assistance. You will still incur a charge for any changes/cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
The most common reason(s) you aren't able to book an appointment is due to an outstanding balance or because you have been banned from scheduling services with us. Please contact us for assistance if you are having trouble booking your appointment.
The main reason you would receive a notice of change to your appointment is that you selected the wrong option while booking and an update was needed.
Yes, you may bring 1 guest with you at your appointment. If a guest is being disrespectful or disruptive to our service, they may be asked to leave. Your guest must remain in the seating area while you are receiving your service. We reserve the right to change this policy if we see fit in the future.
Yes, you can listen to any artist or song during your appointment time. To change the music simply say, "Hey Google Play (Name Artist or Song)".
All inquiries will be responded to within 1 business day of the send date. This excludes national holidays and non-operating days.
Currently, wearing a mask is optional unless you are experiencing any cold-like symptoms. If you arrive displaying any questionable symptoms, you may be given a mask and asked to wear it while in suite. We also reserve the right to have you reschedule your appointment if we are uncomfortable servicing you while displaying symptoms.
